Prof. Dr. Dr. Udo Di Fabio is professor for public law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn, specialised on constitutional law and founder of the Forschungskolleg normative Gesellschaftsgrundlagen, the research college for normative foundations of society). Between 1999 and 2011, he served as judge at the second senate of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany where he was responsible for parliamentary law, European and international public law amongst other matter.
