Liability for contents

According to § 7 I TMG we are responsible as service provider for our own contents on this website under general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not required, however, to monitor transmitted or temporarily stored information of third parties or to search for circumstances, which imply an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or disable access to the usage of information under the general law remains unaffected though. A liability in this respect is only possible from the time of actual knowledge of a concrete violation of law. In case of learning about a corresponding violation of law, we will promptly remove these contents.

Liability for hyperlinks
Our service contains hyperlinks to external websites of third parties, whose contents we do not have any influence on. Therefore we cannot guarantee for external contents. The respective service provider or operator is always responsible for the contents of the linked sites. The linked sites have been checked at the point in time of the establishing of the hyperlink. At that moment, no illegal contents were discernable. A permanent control of content is not reasonably feasible, however. When obtaining knowledge or awareness of any violations of law, we will promptly remove any such links.
